Keeping with this week’s theme, I’m sharing my must-haves for the boat!  Our boat rides are pretty tame.  We usually drive around the lake and circle back to the house with an occasional stop for swimming.  It’s a nice relaxing trip that takes a few hours and we spend quality time as a family.

So for this quick tour, I like to ensure I have:

The perfect cover-up –  I love this black one.  It’s simple but stylish and on it’s the way to me as we speak!  I’ve also been eying this palm print kimono.  I’m loving all things palm this season.

I always love to have a hat on the boat. It’s great sun coverage but also keeps my hair in check without a top knot and ponytail holder marks.  This one from Amazon is a great price and just my style.

Sunscreen is a must for my fair-headed kids.  I like this one from Think Baby It protects them from the sun without being full of chemicals the kids don’t need.  I also like Baby Organics, it’s a little easier to find if I’m in a bind, and I like that it comes in sticks and spray options.  Lulu loves to use the stick all over her face.  Right now she’s obsessed with all the health and beauty products – soap, lotion, sunscreen, chapstick, she has to have it all!

A fun snack, because with Linc & Lulu every outing is all about the snacks.  I love a Chex mix, and here’s a sweet one and a savory one to fit everyone’s needs.  It’s a little more elevated than a chip, making it fun and easy! I can also put it in the kid’s snack containers, ensuring they have portioned snacks and slightly less mess.

And lastly cute suits for the kids.  I love the rash guard suits for the extra protection from the sun, and this one from Ruffle Butts is perfection for Lulu.  I’m also in love with this two-piece from Carter’s. And not to leave Linc out, this I run this ship 2 piece set is perfect and fitting for his personality.  I always love the quality and the fit of Carter’s brand.  And finding it on Amazon with 2-day shipping makes it even better!
